At Smack Pet Food Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags securely attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
